Good Morning. It’s Sunday, July 24, 2022

A nice crowd showed up for yesterday’s dedication of the new historical marker recognizing the Shipley family homestead. The only observation I have is that I hope some sort of signage will be put up on the highway to alert those passing through that the marker is located nearby in the small park. Passing motorists will never know it’s there unless it’s brought to their attention.
