Philomath will miss Officer Mark Koeppe, who retired full-time from the police department on Wednesday. I was hoping he’d be around next year for Safety Town when my 5-year-old gets ready for kindergarten, but that’s OK … it’s a well-deserved retirement. Best of luck to you.
