Volume 3, Number 117
Good Morning. It’s Thursday, September 1, 2022
The series of fall sports previews continues with a look at football. The girls soccer and boys soccer previews went up earlier in the week; cross-country will be published later today and volleyball tomorrow. I had quite the coincidence yesterday by publishing a story on the county’s recommendations on how to deal with poor air quality (from wildfires) and then a few hours later, receiving notice that we are in the area included in an air quality advisory (not from wildfire smoke but smog). I haven’t noticed much impact locally so far — as of last night, we were still in the “good” category for particulate matter.
Thanks for reading!
