Philomath Fire and Rescue’s board of directors will hold a special meeting at 10 a.m. Thursday at Station 201 to consider selling a 2017 Ford Explorer to the Corvallis Fire Department.
The board will vote on a resolution that declares the vehicle, identified as Unit 294, as surplus property and authorizes the fire chief to arrange the sale to CFD for $12,000.
According to the resolution, the vehicle is no longer needed or used by the district.
The meeting agenda also includes time for public comment.
