FRIDAY, MARCH 20

• 9:43 p.m. — Firefighters responded to the activation of a fire alarm in the 3000 block of Main Street.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 3:37 a.m. (College Street), 2:10 p.m. (Kings Valley Highway), 4:15 p.m. (Blakesley Creek Road) and 7:58 p.m. (Pioneer Street).

SATURDAY, MARCH 21

• 10:50 a.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of South 19th Street and Main Street. One individual was transported via Corvallis Fire ambulance to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center.

• 1:45 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a crash in the 7000 block of Southwest Philomath Boulevard. The response was canceled en route.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 7:15 a.m. (South 19th Street), 12:37 p.m. (Highway 34) and 2:08 p.m. (Main Street).

SUNDAY, MARCH 22

• 9:56 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a report of a structure fire on Alpine Road near Monroe with an engine and three personnel. The response was canceled en route.

• 4:58 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a crash on Highway 20/34. The response was canceled en route.

• 8:50 p.m. — Firefighters conducted a smoke investigation in the 33000 block of Marys River Estates Road.

Other calls: Emergency medical services responded to calls at 3:38 p.m. (Southwest Airport Avenue) and 4:14 p.m. (Wren Road).

MONDAY, MARCH 23

• 4:56 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire in the 400 block of South 18th Street. Upon arrival, the crew of eight personnel in an engine, rescue vehicle and two command vehicles found a small SUV on fire within 4 feet of a house. The crew had the fire under control in about 2 minutes. No injuries were reported and no structure damage was sustained.

TUESDAY, MARCH 24

• No calls of public significance reported.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 25

• No calls of public significance reported.

THURSDAY, MARCH 26

• 9:30 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a request for mutual aid at Southwest Titleist Circle and Southwest Agate Avenue with four personnel in an engine and a command vehicle. The response was canceled en route.

• 8:01 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a request for mutual aid involving a structure fire on Bunker Hill Road northwest of Monroe with seven personnel in an engine, water tender and a command vehicle. Crew members assisted on scene, conducting a primary search in coordination with interior fire attack.
