The primary purpose of Quilts From Caring Hands is to bring the feeling of loving comfort to at-risk children in Oregon’s Benton, Linn and Marion counties. Children and their adults are invited to a playtime immediately following storytime on the fourth Wednesday of every month. Adults may visit with each other while children play with the provided toys.
The Benton County Historic Resources Commission Meeting meets from 6:30-8 p.m. on the fourth Wednesday each month at the Kalapuya Building, second-floor conference room outside Community Development.

The Benton County Board of Commissioners typically meet for regular meetings at 9 a.m. on the first and third Tuesdays each month at the Kalapuya Building. Holidays and special events occasionally forces the board to move a regular meeting to another date.
