Philomath Community Library 1050 Applegate, Philomath, ORBeginning readers are invited to practice reading in any language to a trained therapy Reading Education Assistance Dogs (READ Dogs) on the third Tuesday of the month. A permission form is required for children to participate and may be filled out on-site by parents/guardians. Limited spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
