Philomath Finance and Administration Committee Meeting

The Philomath Finance and Administration Committee will meet from 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 12, in the Council Chambers at Philomath City Hall. The meeting is open to the public and will be livestreamed on the city’s YouTube channel.

Those wishing to speak in person should fill out a speaker request form, available on the table near the doors, and give it to the city recorder. Written statements can be emailed or provided in 10 copies to the city recorder for distribution.

To speak virtually, register with the city manager’s office before 4 p.m. the day of the meeting by emailing cityhall@philomathoregon.gov or calling 541-929-6148. Provide your name, phone number, address, email and topic. Presentation materials should be submitted as written testimony.

City Hall is ADA-accessible. With at least two business days’ notice, an interpreter can be provided for those who are hearing impaired or have limited English proficiency. Contact the city manager’s office to make arrangements.
