Philomath City Council Meeting (Executive Session)

The Philomath City Council meets at 6 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, in the council chambers at Philomath City Hall, 980 Applegate St.
The council will go into executive session under ORS 192.660(2)(h) to consult with legal counsel about current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. News media may attend the executive session, but other members of the public will be asked to leave the room. No final decisions can be made in executive session. The council will reconvene in public session afterward before adjourning.
