SATURDAY, NOV. 15
• 6:34 p.m. — BCSO responded to a single-vehicle crash at Kings Valley Highway and Maxfield Creek Road. No injuries were reported. According to an incident report, a 33-year-old Florence man was driving a Toyota Camry west on Maxfield Creek Road when he ran through a stop sign and crashed through a guardrail on Kings Valley Road. The driver arranged to have the vehicle pulled out of the brush. Damage to the guardrail was reported to the Oregon Department of Transportation. The deputy noted that there were no signs of impairment.
WEDNESDAY, NOV. 19
• 5:15 p.m. — BCSO responded to the 34400 block of Hawk Hill Road to a resident’s discovery of items near community mailboxes. The deputy collected two scooters and a large purse full of wet, dirty clothing. The items were entered into evidence as found property.
SATURDAY, NOV. 29
• 8:39 a.m. — BCSO responded to an Evergreen Road address for a report of a missing 34-year-old woman. The woman was located on Dec. 4 in Multnomah County.
SATURDAY, DEC. 6
• 11:06 a.m. — BCSO responded to a report of a campsite on U.S. Forest Service land near Feagles Creek Road. The deputy arrested a 38-year-old Blodgett woman and a 35-year-old Blodgett man on charges of second-degree criminal trespass for reportedly occupying the campsite for multiple months. The woman was also issued criminal citations for a warrant out of Benton County Circuit Court for failure to appear in court and a warrant out of Philomath Municipal Court for contempt of court.
SUNDAY, DEC. 7
• 9:16 a.m. — BCSO arrested a 47-year-old Corvallis man on a warrant out of Philomath Municipal Court for failure to appear on an ordinance violation after he was pulled over on Airport Avenue for a traffic violation while riding a scooter.
TUESDAY, DEC. 9
• Time NA — BCSO reported speaking with a 69-year-old Philomath man via phone regarding an unreported construction theft from 2020.
SATURDAY, DEC. 13
• 3:26 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 37-year-old Lebanon man on a warrant out of Albany Municipal Court for failure to appear on an ordinance violation during a traffic stop on Highway 20 at Blodgett. The man was issued a citation in lieu of custody.
SUNDAY, DEC. 14
• 5:58 a.m. — BCSO arrested a 29-year-old Philomath man on a charge of possession of methamphetamine after observing him on Main Street near 26th Street. The man was in possession of a meth pipe and a small baggie of the drug in his pocket, the deputy reported. He was issued a citation in lieu of custody and transported to his mother’s house in Corvallis.
