FRIDAY, OCT. 10
• 10:48 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 23-year-old Philomath woman on a misdemeanor charge of criminal driving while license suspended during a traffic stop on North Ninth Street.
SUNDAY, OCT. 12
• 1:15 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 69-year-old Philomath woman at a Walden Lane residence on a charge of violating a restraining order. The incident involved the woman allegedly installing a camera that faced the victim’s property. The woman was transported to Benton County Jail.
FRIDAY, OCT. 17
• 1:49 p.m. — BCSO responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 20 just east of the Highway 34 junction involving a 78-year-old Cove man who went off the road to avoid hitting a school bus. According to an incident report, the man was heading east on the highway in a GMC Sierra towing a camper trailer when he failed to notice a school bus stopped at the railroad tracks. The driver swerved to the right and went into a ditch on the south side while crashing into a railroad warning sign and a chain-link fence. No injuries were reported.
