THURSDAY, DEC. 4
• 8:41 a.m. — BCSO responded to a report from a 46-year-old woman in rural Benton County that her 50-year-old husband had gone missing and had not returned home from picking mushrooms the previous day. The woman later suspected that her husband was with another woman and not missing, which was verified.
FRIDAY, JAN. 2
• 4:22 p.m. — BCSO responded to a report of an e-bike crashing into a vehicle on Main Street near South 11th Street. The e-bike operator, a 49-year-old Philomath woman, was cited for unsafe operation of a bicycle. She was transported with minor injuries to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis. SATURDAY, JAN. 3
• 3:14 p.m. — BCSO responded to a report in rural Benton County of harassment via telephone involving a 70-year-old Blodgett woman.
• 6:07 p.m. — BCSO responded to a report of two dogs — a white female boxer and a brown male boxer — that were found in the 24700 block of Daisy Drive. The dogs were transported to Heartland Humane Society.
TUESDAY, JAN. 6
• 8:17 a.m. — BCSO arrested a 30-year-old Philomath man on a warrant for contempt of court out of Albany Municipal Court during a traffic stop on Reservoir Road near Bald Hill. The man had been pulled over for driving 66 mph in a 45-mph zone.
• 11:22 a.m. — BCSO responded to a report of a deceased cat in the 24000 block of Decker Road. The cat, a male domestic shorthaired black cat who was not wearing a collar and not microchipped, was transported to Heartland Humane Society.
