The Philomath School Board plans to meet for its monthly regular meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Clemens Primary School library with an agenda that includes discussions and possible votes on licensed renewals and nonrenewals, the 2026-27 school calendar and 2025-26 interdistrict transfer student allowances.
Also on the agenda for the March 13 meeting, the board will review the district’s audit, adopt middle school science and high school health curriculum, listen to Safety Committee updates, plan a joint meeting with Kings Valley Charter School and discuss the naming of the Philomath High softball field.
Time is also set aside to hear reports from the school superintendent, business manager, student government and the education associations. A report from Philomath Academy is also scheduled.
Prior to the regular meeting, there will be an executive session to begin at 6 p.m. as allowed by state statute. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
The Clemens Primary School library is located inside the front entrance across the hall toward the left. Meetings are also streamed on the school district’s YouTube channel.
