Philomath Community Library invites young children and their families to its Noon New Year’s Eve event from 11:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Tuesday.
The hourlong activity will include a craft, snack and chance to dance and sing. At noon, there will be a countdown to New Year’s. Activities are targeted to children up to age 5.
The library is located at 1050 Applegate St.
