DAILY REPORTS
FRIDAY, DEC. 13
• 9:03 a.m. — Police responded to an argument in the 1300 block of Applegate Street. No other details were made available other than a report was taken and assigned a case number.
• 10:37 p.m. — Police responded to a domestic violence call in the 500 block of College Street. The situation involved harassment with physical contact/simple assault. There was no indication that an arrest had been made.
• 11:44 p.m. — Police arrested a 39-year-old Eugene woman on a misdemeanor charge of reckless endangerment during a traffic stop in the 2300 block of Main Street.
Other calls: Police responses included a welfare check at 8:03 a.m. (address not reported), extra patrol at 9:55 a.m. (Applegate Street), possible suicidal person at 9:36 p.m., and motorist assistance at 11:22 p.m. (North Ninth Street). PPD reported seven traffic stops.
SATURDAY, DEC. 14
• 3:26 a.m. — Police placed a mental hold on a 39-year-old Eugene woman at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Corvallis.
• 9:37 a.m. — Police arrested a 34-year-old Corvallis man in the 100 block of James Street on a warrant out of Albany Municipal Court for failure to appear on a charge of possession of a restricted weapon by a felon.
• 12:06 p.m. — Police responded to a crash in the 1300 block of Main Street. No injuries were reported.
Other calls: Police responses included a lost dog at 4:29 a.m. (South 15th Street), juvenile complaint at 11:12 a.m. (South 15th Street), welfare check at 1:39 p.m. (Marlon Place) and citizen assistance at 8:47 p.m. (Clemens Mill Road). PPD reported two traffic stops.
SUNDAY, DEC. 15
• 3:28 p.m. — Police were dispatched to Philomath City Park. No other details were made available other than a report was taken and assigned a case number.
• 7:14 p.m. — Police responded to the 200 block of North Ninth Street on a call related to a report of fraud. No other details were made available other than a report was taken and assigned a case number.
Other calls: PPD reported nine traffic stops.
MONDAY, DEC. 16
• 2:44 p.m. — Police responded to a crash in the 500 block of South 19th Street and arrested a 34-year-old Philomath man on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol .08 through .14), reckless endangerment and driving while suspended.
Other calls: Police responses included a suspicious person at 3:21 p.m. (North 12th Street) and a report of harassment at 7:53 p.m. In addition, police assisted another agency on a call at 6:30 a.m. (Monroe Street). PPD reported two traffic stops.
TUESDAY, DEC. 17
• No calls of significance were reported.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 18
• 12:29 a.m. — Police arrested a 34-year-old Philomath man on a warrant for failure to appear and on a misdemeanor charge of possession of methamphetamine in the 1400 block of Main Street.
• 8:56 p.m. — Police arrested a 42-year-old Philomath man on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol .20 or above) during a traffic stop at College Street and North 16th Street.
Other calls: Police responses included violation of an order (North 12th Street), reckless driving at 2:03 p.m. (Main Street), traffic hazard at 7:29 p.m. (Applegate Street and South 14th Street) and a found bike at 7:36 p.m. (Applegate Street). PPD reported one traffic stop.
THURSDAY, DEC. 19
• 6:42 p.m. — Police responded to a possible sex-related offense. No other details were made available other than a report was taken and assigned a case number.
Other calls: Police responses included a suicidal subject at 1:59 p.m., trespassing involving transients at 2:38 p.m. (North 14th Street) and a non-911 issue at 8:57 p.m. (Applegate Street). PPD reported three traffic stops.
