An 82-year-old Philomath man is facing multiple charges related to the alleged possession of child pornography.
Donald Vincent Keller, whose lives in a rural area on Woods Creek Road, was arrested by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office and booked into Benton County Jail on 11 felony counts of second-degree encouraging child sexual abuse, according to Benton County Circuit Court records.
Court documents allege that Keller was in possession of sexually-explicit videos that involved child abuse. He pleaded not guilty during his court arraignment Thursday.
Under the terms of his release, Keller was ordered to not use computers or other devices connected to the internet unless it involves court appearances. He was also ordered to avoid any locations where minors congregate.
Keller, who is represented by attorney Michael Lowry, is scheduled to next appear in court on Sept. 10 for a status hearing.
