Philomath Middle School’s “Matilda Jr.” cast and crew will host its “tea party” fundraiser from 4-5 p.m. Thursday in the Philomath High School auditorium.
The event serves as a fundraiser for the program. Admission is $5 at the door and includes chocolate cake, cookies and lemonade, plus children will get to bring a book home. The cast will also perform a scene from the musical.
The middle schoolers will present “Matilda Jr.” next week with evening shows on March 14-15 and a matinee and evening show on March 16.
