Henderer Design + Build + Remodel, a remodeling and custom home building company with its production shop in Philomath, announced that two team members have earned professional certifications from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.
Rylee Henderer earned the Universal Design Certified Professional designation, which recognizes professionals dedicated to making homes safer and more accessible using current design trends. The certification requires at least two years of industry experience, continuing education, and adherence to NARI’s code of ethics.
Jacob Reinhart earned the Certified Remodeling Project Manager designation, recognizing expertise in the operational and business side of managing remodeling projects. That certification requires at least two years in the industry and at least one year specifically in a project manager role, along with continuing education.
Henderer Design + Build + Remodel has operated in the mid-Willamette Valley since 1994.
