SATURDAY, APRIL 18
• 11:05 a.m. — BCSO cited a 20-year-old Philomath man on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief after responding to a vehicle complaint at Greasy Creek Road and Highway 34. The man’s vehicle was partially blocking the intersection and damage was reported to a utility box belonging to Pioneer Telephone Co.
SATURDAY, MAY 2
• 2:18 p.m. — BCSO responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Fern Road and Powderhouse Road. One driver was turning around and failed to see an oncoming vehicle traveling southbound on Fern Road, resulting in a collision. No injuries were reported.
FRIDAY, MAY 8
• 1:30 p.m. — BCSO responded to a vehicle collision with property damage at the intersection of Fern Road and Grange Hall Road. A structure was damaged with estimated damage reported at $2,000. No injuries were reported.
SATURDAY, MAY 9
• 12:15 a.m. — BCSO arrested a 49-year-old Philomath woman on a failure-to-appear warrant following a traffic stop near North 11th Street and Pioneer Street. The woman was transported to Benton County Jail. The owner of the vehicle, a 46-year-old Philomath woman, was also cited for providing a vehicle to an unqualified driver.
FRIDAY, MAY 1
• 9:38 p.m. — BCSO cited a 31-year-old Corvallis woman on a charge of telephonic harassment after a Philomath woman reported that a former employee had contacted her by text despite being told in October 2025 to have no further contact. The offender was also trespassed from the victim’s property and business.
