The Philomath Planning Commission will meet for the first time since last summer at 6 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall.
The meeting will serve as an introductory event for new members while the group elects a chair and vice chair for 2026.
According to the meeting agenda, the city’s staff plans to provide a report to commissioners on South 16th Street lot line adjustments, go through code amendment updates and review planning and building activity in the city.
Members of the Planning Commission include Sarah Coulter-Mitchell, Kyle Cupp, Van Hunsaker, Josiah Jessen, Mike Kristosik, Timothy Melott and Scott Ramsey.
For those not attending in person at City Hall, the meeting is scheduled to be livestreamed on the city’s YouTube channel.
