• 5:52 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched on a mutual aid call to the 2600 block of Glenwood Boulevard in Corvallis.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 6

SUNDAY, SEPT. 7
• 5:52 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a crash in the 6800 block of Southwest West Hills Road in Corvallis. Upon arrival, the Corvallis Fire Department was already at the scene and taking care of an injured individual. The Philomath crew assisted with transfering the patient into an ambulance.
• 7:47 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a report of smoke at 13th Street and Applegate Street. The crew was unable to locate any smoke in the area via vehicle and on foot.
• 11:01 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a single-vehicle crash on Marys Peak Road. The driver declined medical attention.
