Philomath’s Music in the Park’s series continues at 6 p.m. Sunday with a performance at Philomath City Park by local favorite DRTR.
The free concerts are staged in the Randy Kugler Community Hall and gazebo area. Those attending are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets to sit on. Mud Oven Pizza will be on site for concessions.
DRTR plays blues and Americana with a number of original compositions. The band features Dave Rogers on keyboards, percussion and vocals, TR Gregg on guitar and vocals, and Mike McDonough on saxophone, harmonica and vocals.
Performances continue into September on the second Wednesdays and fourth Sundays. Remaining concerts include Family Tradition (Aug. 13), The Nettles (Aug. 24) and Blood on the Plow (Sept. 10).
