SATURDAY, APRIL 19
• 5:17 p.m. — Emergency medical services responded to a two-vehicle crash at Highway 34 and Grange Hall Road. A male juvenile was declared deceased while being transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis. Two others were transported to the hospital with minor injuries. See separate story.

SUNDAY, APRIL 20
• 8:13 p.m. — Firefighters conducted an odor investigation in the 300 block of North 13th Street.

MONDAY, APRIL 21
• 8:24 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a report of a small outside fire at Seventh Street and Main Street. Upon arrival, no fire or evidence of a fire could be found. Firefighters spoke with residents in the vicinity and no one reported a fire.
