Native of Germany Passes — Mrs. Almina Vosberg, native of Germany, died at 4 o’clock yesterday morning at the family home 3-1⁄2 miles southwest of Philomath. Mrs. Vosberg was born in Germany July 23, 1850, practically 74 years ago, but came to America during her childhood and for more than 29 years had made her home on the Benton county farm. The funeral service will be held from Bovee’s parlors at 2 o’clock Thursday afternoon and interment is to be in Newton cemetery beside the grave of Mr. Vosberg, who died six years ago. Mrs. Vosberg is survived by relatives in Benton county including her aged father, Krien Kriens, who is Benton county’s oldest citizen and now aged 102 years.
