Frank Twiss Babcock, 71, died May 7, 2025. DeMoss-Durdan is handling arrangements.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Frank Babcock to Oregon Public Broadcasting or Philomath High School’s forestry program.
Family said celebration of life and tribute details have not been finalized but will be shared at a later date upon the publication of a full obituary.
