DESCRIPTION:The Philomath Frolic and Rodeo Logging Competition will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday\, July 11\, at the rodeo grounds in Skirvin Park and run for an estimated three hours. \n\nCompetition grounds are located at the north end of the Philomath Frolic Rodeo arena.\nChopping wood is Cotton Wood Hand Sawing wood is White Pine\nCheck in is at 9am ISH – Parade starts at 9:45-10 and shuts down the main street just so you know.\nCompetition begins between 2 O’clock\nWill Have to Size chopping wood.\nNew This Year is Springboard is going to be a 2 Board Jigger!\nTeam Sawing – Any Combination Of Athlete Works.\nThis is an American Lumberjack Association (ALA) Sanctioned show. All competitors must be ALA members to compete.\nALA membership can be purchased at www.americanlumberjacks.com  and must be purchased prior to sending in your entry.\nPlease direct questions to Cody Labahn (541)231-9659.
