For more information\, send email to: lauraploeg@yahoo.com \nLaura has been teaching yoga to adults\, children and families since 2014. She believes individuals can experience a mindful connection to themselves and the world through the practice of yoga. With a mindful connection to self\, both adults and children can feel better\, have more self-control and more self-awareness. A strong sense of self allows for more stable connections with others. Laura hopes to help yoga students find stability in themselves\, and therefore become more productive\, helpful and healthy members of their community.
