The Philomath Finance and Administration Committee plans to meet at 3 p.m. Tuesday, June 1, to discuss the city manager evaluation process.
The committee, which includes Mayor Chas Jones and councilors David Low and Matt Lehman, will go through a draft of the city’s evaluation process.
In last month’s meeting, the committee approved $22,700 in social service funding. Recipients include Philomath Youth Activities Club ($8,000), Philomath Community Services ($5,000), ABC House ($5,000), Meals on Wheels ($1,500), Strengthening Rural Families ($2,000) and Maxtivity ($1,200).
The committee also approved to donate $9,000 out of the city’s water and sewer funds to Vina Moses/FISH ($5,000) and We Care ($4,000).
