• DUII, 1:10 a.m., 2000 block of College Street, police arrested Brenden Jacob Getty, 21, of Philomath, on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants (.08 through .14).

• Theft (reported), 9:56 a.m., 1400 block of Main Street.

• Domestic disturbance, 12:15 p.m., 3100 block of Richard Place, couple arguing in front yard, no crime.

• Animal issue, 5:48 p.m., 1200 block of Monroe Street, puppy got laundry detergent pods container stuck on its head, which was removed by neighbors.

• DUII (drugs), 11:15 p.m., Applegate Street and South 16th Street, police arrested William B. Gattis, 33, of Westlake, on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants (drugs).

• Fight, 12:54 a.m., 100 block of North Eighth Street, two roommates got into a fight involving a stick; it was determined that no crime occurred but possible change of living situation was advised.

• Warrant, 8:09 p.m., South 15th Street and Willow Lane, police arrested Cody Dean Duckett, 35, of Albany, on a warrant for contempt of court; Duckett was cited in lieu of custody.

• Warrants/false information, 2:19 a.m., Highway 20 near milepost 44, police arrested Skyler Wayne Goodwin, 24, of Toledo, on a charge of providing false information to a police officer and warrants for failure to appear in court.

• Theft (reported), 11:11 a.m., 2700 block of Main Street, report of two catalytic converters taken from a location overnight.

• Crash, 12:30 p.m., Main Street and South 26th Street, no injuries reported.

• Theft (reported), 2:04 p.m., 1700 block of Main Street, report of theft of flashlights and bolt cutters.

•Warrant, 11:08 p.m., 700 block of Main Street, police arrested Akram Hussien Rashid, 41, of Corvallis, on a warrant for contempt of court and on a charge of driving while suspended.

• Driving while suspended/parole violation, 11:45 p.m., 24600 block of Evergreen Road, deputies arrested Justin Curtis Gilmore, 34, of Corvallis, on a charge of driving while suspended, and Tonie Jeanetta Athill, 32, of Albany, on a warrant out of Lebanon for parole violation.
