FRIDAY, APRIL 30

• Trespass, 9:23 a.m., 1400 block of Main Street.

• Identity theft, 2:03 p.m., 500 block of North Eighth Street, report of an unemployment claim that was filed using the victim’s name, date of birth and Social Security number.

• DUII, 2:20 p.m., 2000 block of Chapel Drive, police arrested Timothy Clayton Mcguyer, 48, of Philomath, on a charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants (.15 through .19 blood alcohol content).

• DUII, 4:32 p.m., 200 block of North Ninth Street, no information provided in police media log.

• Domestic disturbance, 6:48 p.m., 2800 block of Newton Street, two juveniles arguing, no crime.

• Suspicious circumstances, 7 p.m., 1800 block of Main Street.

• Warrant, 9:58 p.m., Main Street, police arrested Jacob Stephen Myers, 26, of Corvallis, on a charge of driving while suspended and on a bench warrant for failure to appear.

• Disorderly conduct, 11:11 p.m., 600 block of South 19th Street.

SATURDAY, MAY 1

• Assault, 4:43 a.m., 200 block of South 17th Street, police arrested Hans Ian Kengle, 38, of Philomath, on a charge of harassment/physical content (simple assault), and Harley David Diaz Melecio, 28, of Cosby, Tennessee, on a charge of fourth-degree assault; police reported that a verbal argument had escalated into physical altercation when Kengle alledgedly spit chewing tobacco into Melecio’s face; Melecio responded by allegedly punching Kengle in the face multiple times causing physical injury.

• Vicious dog, 1:38 p.m., 500 block of Fawn Lane, report of dog attacking a woman’s dog while on a walk.

• Warrant, 8:34 p.m., 2600 block of Main Street, police arrested Aaron R. Sears, 43, of Longview, Washington, on a fugitive from justice charge connected with a warrant out of Washington state for dangerous drugs.

SATURDAY, MAY 1

• Hit and run, 11:53 a.m., 29900 block of Bellfountain Road, resident reported that someone drove off the roadway the previous night and destroyed a section of barbed-wire fence; damage estimated at $350.

MONDAY, MAY 3

• Multiple charges, 12:50 a.m., Highway 20 near Summit Highway, deputies arrested Elijah Herrera, 30, of Albany, on a warrant out of Albany Municipal Court, and Nikole Brown, 23, of Dundee, on charges of providing false information to a police officer, interfering with a police officer, resisting arrest and on a warrant out of Yamhill County Circuit Court; Herrera was cited and released; Brown was transported to Yamhill County Jail (Benton County Jail was closed).
